All services are delivered by trained experts and supervised by qualified doctors where applicable.

- By using our platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- RUPAYNA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
3. Account Registration

4.2 Home Service Policy
- Services are provided at the address shared by the user.
- The customer must ensure a safe, hygienic, and suitable environment.
- RUPAYNA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsuitable.
4.3 Expert Allocation
- Experts are assigned based on availability.
- RUPAYNA may change the assigned expert if required for operational reasons.
5. Consultation Terms
- Consultations may be free or paid, as defined at the time of booking.
- Consultation advice is based on information provided by the user.
- Consultation does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
6. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay).
- RUPAYNA does not store card or banking details.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be displayed at the time of booking.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
- RUPAYNA reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. E-Commerce (Product Purchases)
- Product images are for representation only.
- Prices, availability, and descriptions may change without notice.
- RUPAYNA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.
- Opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

10. Before & After Images

11. Coupons & Referrals
- Coupons and referral benefits are subject to validity and terms.

- Misuse of coupons or referrals may result in account suspension.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction
