experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which appointments,
consultations, and product orders may be cancelled or refunded.
By booking a service, consultation, or purchasing a product from RUPAYNA, you agree to the terms stated
below.
1. Service Appointments (At-Home Treatments)
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the
scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
1.2 Cancellation by RUPAYNA
RUPAYNA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Expert unavailability
- Equipment issues
- Safety or hygiene concerns
- Unforeseen operational circumstances
In such cases, customers may choose:
- Full refund, or
- Free rescheduling
2. Refunds for Service Appointments
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on the payment gateway).
- Convenience or gateway charges may be non-refundable unless mandated by law.
3. Package Services (Multi-Session)
- Package services are non-transferable.
- Unused sessions may be forfeited if cancellation occurs after package commencement.
- Partial refunds for used packages are generally not permitted unless approved by RUPAYNA
management.
4. Consultation Bookings
4.1 Free Consultations
- Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled without any charges.
4.2 Paid Consultations
- Paid consultations cancelled 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are not refundable.
5. E-Commerce Product Purchases
5.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
5.2 Returns & Refunds
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements are subject to verification.
6. Payment Failures & Duplicate Transactions
In case of failed or duplicate payments, the amount will be refunded automatically to the original
payment method within 7 business days.
